IDIOM is -- not only X but also Y, where X and Y are PARALLEL
Only C and D follow parallelism correctly..
Not only will ..... but also will .....

C connects the subordinate clause correctly with BECAUSE

IMO, E is correct. "will also" sounds better for me than "also will"

The correct answer here is C. "Not only will result" and "But also will increase" matches the both the sentence form
