This is a concept of 'expletive it' , or delayed subject or place holder it ..
it probably means that you are sleep deprived.
It doesn't have a clear referent
as that you are sleep deprived probably means ............... doesnot make sense .. So wrong
it is probable that you are sleep deprived.
It is referred by clause that you are sleep deprived.
..
that you are sleep deprived is probable ... Makes sense .. Correct
