Official Solution:
The total distance from A to C and then to B must exceed the shortest distance of 56 km, with the distance from A to C being less than the distance from C to B. The only pair of values that satisfy these conditions is 25 km for A - C and 34 km for C - B.

1. Since it is not the shortest distance sum of a-c , c-b should be greater than 56. Only 25+34 sum is > 56
