The stock prices of European banks, which have been big lenders to their Turkish counterparts, dropped sharply on Friday, with investors worried that a wave of corporate bankruptcies in Turkey would lead to a banking bust in the country.

That with+subject+participle structure is acting as an adverb. It's giving us the reason for the drop in the stock prices of European banks.

1. European banks have been big lenders to Turkish banks.
2. Investors are worried that a wave of corporate bankruptcies in Turkey will lead to the failure of Turkish banks (banking bust in Turkey).
3. Therefore, the stock prices of European banks dropped sharply.
