Statement (1): The range of net finish times for members of the KLR club was greater than the range of net finish times for members of the WRRC club.
Range = largest value - smallest value
Net Finish Times of the KLR club members are 32:18, 33:09, 34:02, 34:29 and 30:56. Range = 34:29 - 30:56 = 3:33
Net Finish Times of WRCC club members are 33:00, 35:16, 35:22, 30:44 and 31:07. Range = 35:22 - 31:07 = 4:15

The fastest age adjusted female runner would be the one with the lowest time. Bryzgylova 33:06
The time for all runners who did not compete for a particular club was 32:35, 33:06, 33:55 and 30:51
Putting in order, we have 30:51, 32:35, 33:06 and 33:55
We don't have to actually calculate the median, which is the average of the 2 middle values. the average will be definitely lesser than 33:06.
The 2 values are not the same.

29:37 is 29*60 + 37 = 1777 seconds. 10% slower means 10% more than 1777 = 1777 + 177.7 = 1954.7 = 32.58 minutes = 32:35
So we count the number of runners who's run time is lesser than or equal to 32:35

For part 3, time is 1954.70 seconds which corresponds to 32 Minutes and 34.70 Seconds . So, timing of 32:35 shall not be considered . so, answer shall be "Yes" only
