The table gives the results for the top 25 finishers in a 10K street race. Finish times are given in hours: minutes: seconds. Most runners competed for one of several athletics clubs, while a few runners did not compete for any club.

For each of the following statements, select Yes if the statement can be shown to be true based on the information in the table. Otherwise, select No.
The third one says "If the course record is 29:37, then exactly 9 runners achieved net times that are no more than 10% slower than the record." Here, slower means more time than the record, i.e., 10% more than 29:37 mins.

Firstly, 29:37 mins = 1777 secs. Secondly, 10% more of 1777 secs = 1954 secs i.e. 32 mins 34.7 secs (not 32 mins 35 secs). We have to find the number of people whose net time is less than or equal to 32 mins 34.7 secs.

Looking at the table, we can see 9 people have net time less than that.
Bikila, Tanui, Gerima, Ramos, Korir, Fiorelli, Schulz, Manesh, Eliott.

Here, if we had adjusted the time to 32:35 mins, our result would be 10 people by adding Zatopek, which is wrong.
Therefore, the answer is Yes.
