The table shows the arithmetic mean Systolic Blood Pressure (SBP) of the male population of selected countries, measured in mmHg. The means are age adjusted, as if each country had the same age distribution as the world population.

For the first question:

The range in 1996 was 15.058 while the lowest pressure in 2000 is in the 120s so 15% of 120 are definitely greater than the range in 1996.

No - since the range is roughly around 16 , while the first value itself in 2000 is greater than 16

No - No mention about specific male population

Yes- Papua New Guinea,India, Cambodia ,& Thailand are the four countries, which were below 125 in 1980 are still below 125 in 2008
