Very Nice post.. I think the fist one in this top 10 requirements of doing MBA courses.. I also went to My MBA 5 years ago and learned very basic tactics about business and helped me to be succeed..

Many schools claim that they transform students. If they admit a 'normal' person according their standards and if he goes onto to do amazing things in career/life, I agree that school would have offered something. Schools claim endlessly about how superb their students are. According to them, there is no 'normal' person in their schools. So what is this transformation? I find it to be bit contradicting.

Guys, I am not taunting particular school. I have visited many schools. This transformation statement is pretty common across the board.

While the post is interesting its nothing earth-shattering. Anyone who has ever attended a prestigious school knows these facts so well that he/she won't bother to repeat it. It has become a fashion to bash MBA and other professional degrees.
The point to note is people bash after they get their degrees and not before.

Agree with #7, getting people to buy-in with the idea, strategy, or execution is the most important whether in the corporate world or in starting up a business.
