Also C and D gets eliminated from same statement.

The best way to solve maybe thorough options as there is only that meets the condition .
However to solve it
We will approach it like
Tens digit 2x
Unit digit x
The number is 2x*10+x=21x
The reversed number will be x*10+2x=12x
Difference is 21x-12x=9x
9x=36 (given)
X=4
The number is 21x=84 option E
However to solve it
