The total amount of all four types of meat consumed annually by the average American in 2005 = 63+60+48+14 = 185
The total amount of all four types of meat consumed annually by the average American was greater in 2005 compared to 1970.

The number of pounds of beef consumed by the average American in 1970 = 80
63 = \(\frac{x}{100}\) * 80
x = \(\frac{63*100}{80}\) = 78.75
From the given options 75 is the closest value
