A is wrong because "that" is missing.
indicate needs an object and if a whole sentence needs to be an object, then it needs "THAT".
"THAT" here is not a relative clause "THAT" but an apposition "THAT.

why is A and C wrong?
Hi Hriday, the question you should be asking is:

(i) Do results indicate health

Or

(ii) Do results indicate something about the health

Clearly from a meaning perspective, results indicate something about the health (that the health of the marsh’s ecosystem has declined). Hence (ii) (option B in the sentence) is much better from a meaning perspective.

Between B and C, it is largely about concision.
