let assume total bill as T
Shay paid $7 more than half the total bill
So, Shay paid = (1/2 T)- 7
Ashley paid $8 more than 1/4 the total bil
So Ashley paid = (1/4T) + 8
Jenna paid the remaining $20
So, Total bill T = Snhay + Ashley + Jenna
T = [(1/2 T)- 7] + [(1/4T) + 8] + 20
Solving for T gives $ 84.
