I just recieved my toefl score and it´s a 109. Should i retake it? or just move and and focus on the Gmat? I´m interested in Stanford, Harvard, Wharton, Yale and Chicago. Is this score good enough for them? Thanks!

109 looks good but those are some very competitive schools that you have listed. I think the overall score is just fine for all of them. You should however look at the sectional cut offs too.
Moreover, you should also check the TOEFL waiver criteria. You might not have to put the score at all in your application.
The individual scores are 26 RC, 28 Listening, 30 Speaking and 25 In Writing. I heard that writing is the least important of The 4, but i dont know of thats true. Aré The individual scores enough? Thanks
