Which of the GMAT schools require only an unofficial GMAT report - and will review the application with only that

hence they will NOT need a official GMAT report until they've offered admission?

There are a few programs that will not require an official score report until the matriculation/admission (UCLA i believe is one for at least their PT Program). However, since sending in a score report and paying for it implies at least some sort of commitment, a number of folks believe that your chances of admission are lower if you have not sent your official score report. (Schools feel you just sent in an application because you could and it was free rather than because you really wanted to)

I will add UNC-KF, Kelley, Ross, Ohio, and many schools. Emory totally does not accept unofficial reports and need all reports to be sent before deadlines. You can contact the adcom direct asking about this issue.
