Thank you for your debrief! This is an awesome Score!
Are you applying in R1? Also, any chance you would be interested/open to doing a debrief on the YouTube? Maybe GMAT Ninja would be available to moderate

bb I appreciate the kind words!

I'm not applying for MBA anytime soon, still have a year of undergrad left. I'm looking to do MBB consulting and read that a good GMAT score would be helpful coming from a non-target school. Definitely interested in business school after a few years of consulting though!

I would definitely be open to doing a debrief! But no promises that I wont fangirl a little bit if Charles moderates

I got 760 but want 780! Haha. Congratulations on getting 780 / V51!

I also think LSAT questions are just as high-quality as and more challenging (in the difficulty level and in the time pressure) than GMAT OG questions. There are more authentic LSAT papers as well.

Your advice that we should stick with OG verbal questions is perspicacious and timely.

Best of luck!

Congratulations on the epic score, got730butwant760! That's absolutely amazing. Perfect verbal scores are ridiculously rare, and it's one heck of an achievement. You deserve a cookie!

Have you considered applying to deferred admissions programs during your senior year? Even if you're from a "non-target school", that 780 is going to look awfully good, and if you have some interesting experiences (internships, extracurriculars, personal history, research projects) under your belt, it might be worth taking a shot now. Just food for thought. Let's discuss on YouTube if you'd like. :)

I might fanboy a little bit! Seriously, my brain has been pureed by parenthood over the past year, and I'm really not sure that I could get a perfect verbal score again at the moment. Some of the very best GMAT tutors in the industry have never done it. You're in pretty rarified air with that score, and if the consulting/business thing isn't your cup of tea, you could easily work as a tutor.

Looking forward to meeting you, and congratulations again!

Hadn't really heard of deferred admissions but I just did some research. Sounds like a great idea. Would definitely appreciate hearing your thoughts regarding it on YouTube!

I kind of fell in love with the GMAT throughout my studying; It's such a beautiful and elegantly constructed exam. Tutoring would be amazing especially if it were for GMATninja.

got730butwant760 What was your accuracy in the LSAT questions?

Thanks, LamboWalker! I was getting around 23 out of 25 (+/- 1) for LSAT RC sections. NOT standard time though. I stayed around 50 minutes which is a good enough pace for GMAT. Mad respect for the LSAT people getting 24s and 25s in 35 minutes - blows my mind.

Regarding LR, I did some excel math on my error log and found an 86% accuracy with all 700+ difficulty LSAT questions. I definitely improved throughout my studies so I probably started around 70 percent and ended up a little over 90 percent.

Thanks again and wish you the best!

idk why i keep thinking that certain people just post fake reviews and stuff for an agenda. I came across a lot of these things in my earlier life...(not saying he is fake)...it would just clear up all confusion and give me motivation

I think it is a fair request. While I don’t see any reasons to doubt it, it puts the distractions away…. Frankly, though, over the years, I am not sure we really had an issue. We had a few fakers and it was quite hilarious to deal with them. I promise, it would be a highlight 😂
