4.5*2 = 9.0
Then add 9.0+6.6=15.6

(15.6*1000)/(0.003*1000)
=15600/3
=5200

OE

Use the order of operations, PEMDAS (Parentheses, Exponents, Multiplication & Division, Addition & Subtraction), to simplify. Remember that the numerator acts as a parentheses in a fraction: 4.5 × 2 = 9

\(\frac{9+6.6}{0.003} = \frac{15.6}{0.003} = \frac{15,600}{3} =5,200\)
