Oh ok...if an alum or student is interviewing you, then the interviewer will have no access to the candidates application. However, they will have a copy of your resume. They might get this from the interview scheduling system or they may ask you directly for it.
If a member of the adcom interviews you, then they will definitely have full access to your application and resume. In fact, in that case, be prepared for a lot of cross-questioning from your application.

Yes, the interviewer will have access if being interviewed at the campus.
Not sure if he would have the access if an alumni is interviewing you.

Yes, the interviews are blind. After I interviewed on campus, I asked my interviewer some questions about the admissions/interview process. He said that other than my resume, he had no other information about me prior to the interview. He said after the interview, there would be at least three other people who would review my total application package prior to making a decision.
I submitted my application on 22 Nov. Waiting to hear from McCombs. How good is the conversion rate for candidates who interview at McCombs? Is it around 40-50%? (I think this is the case at Chicago GSB, which also has interviews by invitation only)
