Among B,C and D

B and C looses out in parallelism after and. On each is proper usage.

D is clear winner. Differs from is proper usage.

(A) The correct usage is DIFFERS/DIFFERENT FROM so INCORRECT
(E) HAS BEEN split to describe the other abacus is INCORRECT.. We need a verb tense in ETERNAL TENSE form... Simple Present Tense IS is appropriate

We are left with (B),(C) and (D).

(B) for each rod in the upper deck AND each in the bottom NOT PARALLEL
(C) on each in the upper deck AND each in the bottom NOT PARALLEL

(D) is the answer... ON EAch in the upper deck AND ON EACH in the bottom

Garima,

Before advising me why don't you take a lesson of "How to post questions on forum"??
Take a look at your last 10 SC posts,
1.Most of them are w/o OA.
2.many of them are having dubious source( which of course you don't know).
3.many of them are posted w/ wrong OA (e.a tax returns question)
4.Some are so easy that even a 7th grader can solve it in 30 secs (e.a. will have been question)

I am open to criticism but not to impudence!!
