Congrats fedesaiz

Had my interview yesterday. It was a friendly interaction. The alum introduced himself and briefed about the interview process for the initial 10 minutes. Then the interview happened for about 40 minutes, then I asked him some questions for another 10 minutes.
The interview questions were all behavioral in nature. (No Why MBA? why Stanford? etc.). The only problem was that he asked a situation, then asked 4-5 sub-questions on that situation. so I had to remember all the questions while answering. In all he asked me around 5-6 questions. Some that I remember are:
1. Tell me about a situation when you went outside your defined role and achieved something,
2. Tell me about a time when you successfully led a group.
3. Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult person/group.
4. Tell me about a time when you saw an opportunity earlier than others, and further acted on it.
5. Tell me about a team project in which you emerged as a leader, though you weren't appointed one.
6. How would your team-members and your managers describe you as a person?
Hope this helps. Good luck ALL!
