Bunuel Signature Collection ALL-IN-ONE WITH SOLUTIONS

Question

Instead to surf everytime the Bunuel's signature to do a drill set I collected ALL these threads in a single file.

Moreover, for those sets that had only the OA and not a complete and satisfactory explanation (only because none asked to Bunuel but otherwise in the vast majority the explanations are provided by himself) I added explanations from various sources: MGMAT forum and BTG forum in particular, adding to a question even 2 or 3 explanations to make more sense.

Does the entire set includes gmat prep questions as well??

Most of the questions are mine and only first 3-4 sets are collections from other sources, which may contain 4 or 5 GMAT Prep questions.

Ohk so do you suggest doing this set before exhausting Gmat prep?? Though i have a bad memory, i do remember questions but i often forget there solutions..lol :lol:

DS Tough Part 3, Question #9:

In the explanation, we are cancelling the X from both sides but I thought that was a big no no on the GMAT.

I think here its okay to cancel out the X from both sides because on one side we have X^2 and on another we have XY so if X happens to be 0, both sides are 0 anyway. In other words, if we had another variable on the side X^2 is on, we wouldn't want to cancel out the Xs.

Could someone advise if I'm on the right track?
