And me too... I think the build-up on the day is going to be the worst. When everyone tries to log in, probably over a month since they last tried I bet the server crashes retrieving all the forgotten passwords...

I suspect that it will be a sleepless night for those of us in Asia on Dec 11. Thankfully enough, I've been largely so busy at work this week that I haven't had that much time to stress over this. Otherwise, I'd probably be going certifiably crazy waiting.

Haha same. Work was slightly ridiculous this past fortnight, and so I was barely thinking about this. But now everyone keeps coming up to me and asking 'So, when's D-day?' 'Are you excited?' 'Are you nervous?' HURRY UP TIME.

I haven't told anyone at work that I am applying (other than my recommenders) and only a couple of friends. I thought that was tough because I've had to keep this giant secret that consumes my life, but after reading this I'm kind of happy I don't have anyone else adding fuel to the fire. My own anxiety is more than enough

Yes, I'm glad that the only people who know about my MBA applications are: (1) recommenders; (2) family; (3) very very close friends who know better than to ask questions like that.

Ugh I just found out that I will be on the Acela with my entire team when decisions come out on Wednesday. Now my coworkers will get to witness my dread, shock, dismay, etc. up close while the entire train is subjected to the sound of my yelps and/or sobs. Excellent.

Ouch. I booked a conference room so I can celebrate or cry in peace

Getting ready for Wednesday at noon, Boston time. Here's how it works: Nothing happening 'til Wednesday. We do all our notification online so there's no reason to jump every time a 617 area code pops up on your phone. On Wednesday, you get to choose where you're going to be - and with whom - when the news comes in. If all goes well operationally (knocking on wood as I write this), emails will be released at noon which will say your decision is ready. Subject line in the email will be HBS Decision Available Online. When you access your online application, one of three letters will appear: Sorry, but no Waitlist Yes!
