They told me that scholarship info would be posted later in SISS (as page two of the admissions letter), but I see on here that some people were told about scholarships during their phone call. So I'm wondering if that means I won't be offered any...

Yeah, I would guess they wouldn't call you that late. But I would hope that SISS would be updated by late afternoon/early evening (US eastern time) today, which would be some time in the next 7 hours or so.
