Long time lurker, first time poster.

Got the call around 8:20 am central time!!! Midwest US applicant. No updates on SISS (just has the interview invite information). No scholarship information (I completely forgot to ask)

How many people are typically accepted during Round 2?

So with 834 admitted overall in 2013 according to Poets and Quants, perhaps we could estimate something like 300 would have been accepted in round 2 alone.

With the calls only being a few minutes and numerous people making the calls, safe to assume the calls are done? Haven't seen a very recent one on here.

Hey man, so I guess I will go ahead and jump into the Arabian sea after all! :lol:

The caller said I was the first one she was calling cuz I was based in the middle east. Of course I couldnt blv it! Lots of talk about receiving materials and transcripts blah blah blah.

Important thing was she said that they finished early so thought they would call today rather than on Friday the 13th!! hahaha!

I am based in Dubai, originally from Pakistan. Have you received the call yet?!!!!


Nope I haven't had any calls yet but keeping every finger and toe crossed for good news (I really need some)!

I wouldn't assume so. Last year the calls went until well past noon, and some people didn't get calls at all and were still admitted.

:shock: they are humans, not machines... and they may not be doing the calls all at once either.

Yes, it looks like you're right. Just checked and it was the same for round 1 this is year as well. I'll try to keep the pessimism at bay!
