So nice to join and super excited for next year. I'm an International student and will be your fellows in Class of 2017. As I'm living in Durham now, more than happy to share some information if you need any help.
Do you guys have any idea how can we know if there's any requirement (math/calculus for example) that we need to fulfill? I keep reading on emails and in the admission packet that some sudents should fulfill academic requirements if required without mentioning if you were one of them. Any ideas?

I believe the offer letter mentions that you need to complete a calculus/accounting course if the Adcom thought it was necessary for the admit. However, for most of the others I think there are a few preterm exercises that all students would need to complete that are listed in the ISW.
Congratulations on being admitted to a great program! I hope to be in your position in few weeks. I am interviewing on campus on 1st.
I have question about the SY interviewer. Was your interviewer has anything common with you (industry/function)?
I would like tailor my responses based on how familiar interviewer would be to my industry.
Thank you and wish me luck!

Hi KaptainK,
Good luck for your interview! I don't think the second year is selected to have anything common with your current or future industry of interest. Mine had a very different background than mine but she was great at establishing a rapport and facilitating an easy dialog between us, while asking all the questions that she had meant to ask.

So one of my preferred choices is obviously Duke but I am also interested in Wharton and LBS. Besides all the nerves from the application process, I am very interested to hear from all of you on why you chose Duke or would recommend it over other schools? Would really appreciate some feedback!

Congrats! Quick question, being an international student, how are you funding your studies? I heard it is difficult to get financing internationally...?
Congrats to all! I am a R1 international admit who is looking into MBA financing options. I have looked at the Credit Union no co-signer loan that Fuqua sponsors, but there aren't any other viable options in the provided Financial Aid Bulletin. Does anyone have any insights to share? Much appreciated!
