Yeah ChunC. It's a good thing you started apartment search. I'd suggest that you get in touch with current students, since many apartments go down from one student to another and are definitely better option than paying the agent fee.

ChunC - Many current students stay at Station 9 - https://www.stationnine.com/ . Their website gives you the rent details and other leasing information. I think I also read in a different thread that it allows you to lease for 9 months too so that you are not paying rent for the apartment in Durham and also for the place you would need to lease during summer internship. Do check it out! I'll be visiting the campus around Thanksgiving and I am so excited to be a part of this class! Anyone got added to the FB page yet?
