Despite this finding, it is still in the best interests of companies and their employees for companies to present these seminars.

Pre-thinking - a reason why accidents happen less in companies which do not present seminars is because the kind of work in these companies do not involve any risk of accidents. There are certain companies like the construction companies, where the number of accidents will be higher than the IT companies, where people just sit and work in a room. Thus, companies should continue to show presentations, because where the rate of accident is high, we need to make the employees aware of that and where is it low, it is still okay to show it to them and make them aware of the workplace safety.
