secondly, Life expectancy rate is a statistic existing because of underlying factors which may be environmental or genetic and (Life expectancy rate) cannot solely be used to prove a conclusion.

this questions want us to strength the conclusion , so we have to say that Hawaii itself is the reason for the longevity.
A. if this is true, it weakens the argument
B. It says the good factor of Hawaii is the reason. CORRECT
C. This is tricky , it says 25% OF people will live longer , but what is the chance that those who born will be in the 25%, its not clear , so not correct.
D. This is fine , but we want something that supports conclusion that moving to Hawaii is good.
E. Hawaiians moving to the Louisianan is irrelevant.
