Thank you for sharing these details and good work to start thinking about things ahead of time. As mentioned above, you want to retake the GMAT. You come from a competitive set and 690 will only open the doors to some of the top 20, but leave many out of reach.

When you think about extra-curriculars, focus on something that fits with the rest of your profile (your interests, passions, hobbies, struggles, etc.). Quality over quantity wins out here and if you would like to strategize how to best improve your profile, send me a note and we can discuss further.
