Dear All,
I have GMAT test on October 11, so only 12 days left from today. My mock test results have been inconsistent as below:
Veritas Test 1 - 650 (Q-47, V-33) // August 26
GMAT Prep Test 2 - 720 (Q-50, V-38) // September 17
Veritas Test 2 - 660 (Q-50, V 31) //September 22
GMAT Prep Test 3 ( EP 1) - 660 (Q-48, V-34) //September 24
I am making some silly mistakes in Quant section and missing out from Scoring 50 in some tests, and hence the overall test score is going down. Also in verbal, I am unable to cross 35 except in GMAT Prep2. In verbal, I am getting around 11 questions wrong on an average ( sometimes I screw up SC with 5-6 wrong in 17 or sometimes CR with 5 wrong in 11, but RC is ok, 2 wrong in 13-14).
Any advise what to focus on in these last 12 days, so that I can reach 700? I have followed MGMAT guides and OG and Verbal books. My plan is to go back to my error logs and Mock tests and see what mistakes I am doing frequently and work on them. Also plan to go through hard SC questions and revision of CR from OG and Verbal.
I want to apply for colleges in November ( Round 2 ending for almost all one year MBA courses)

I understand your case perfectly. My math in all my mocks was q49-50 and verbal was v34-37 hecnce score would be between 670-720. This is no a good thing. You need to improve your verbal to a 40+ like i did so that on d day you are not surprised or the verbal doesn't get the better of you. Read my debriefs and then message me. I can understand you. I was in your shoes for the verbal even though in my last try i bombed my Quant.
I think in the 11 or 10 days ahead, only review of your mistake specially your GMAT Prep Exams and if in case you have error log for the official materials you solved will be helpful.
In the meantime, remember to have clarity of concepts specially with respect to SC and CR since these two requires less time and work to perfect than RC.
