I made it to the onsite interview stage of the application process at Ross - super excited!
Any advice on how to prepare for the team exercise?
Congrats on advancing to the interview stage! Collaboration is extremely important here at Ross, so the most important thing to do at the team evaluation is to be a good team player. That's it, period. The thing to remember is that you don't have to lead to be a good team player. Each member of an effective team fills a role, and when all members do this well, the team shines. That's what we're looking for.
PS. It's not intellectually difficult, so don't stress and have fun getting to know your potential classmates.
