Hello everyone,
I am writing this post to warn everyone about GMAT PILL. About a month ago I signed to the platform looking to improve my skills. I was going through the videos until I couln't anymore and the platform was failing. I tried to find someone from support, but I am still waiting for an answer. I believe no one is managing the site because they don't even answer my questions in the platform.
I have sent them more than ten mails asking for a refund because I paid to get a complete service, not just a bunch of videos and a platform that doesn't work. The worst is that on Nov26, someone out of the blue answer one of my mails saying that there was no issue with my account. But didn't answer anything else.
I am really sad and mad about this situation because is not a cheap platform (it costed me $427) and considering that I am in a latinamerican country, it is really expensive because of inflation. I was trying to keep myself from writing a post such as this, but I still haven't gotten an answer from the GMAT PILL team (if there is one). No one answers. I believe that Zeke or whoever created the site abonded it. Maybe it was good and they handled it in the past, but believe me, right now it is a ghost town.
So finally, I want to warn you guys. Don't spend your money in a ghost site because probably the same would happen to you. I would keep posting if I get any update or answer from them. Maybe someone knows someone and I can get to this Zeke guy and at least get my money back. With all we spend applying to an MBA school, I really think this is a very unfair situation.
I would let you know if I get a refund or something.

I'm not sure how it works in your country, but here in the US I could file a complaint with my credit card company, or even paypal, disputing the charges from Gmatpill. You can show them the numerous emails and let them pursue the issue regarding their lack of response for cancelling.
That being said, they do have strict return policy, which might make all of that a moot point.

7. Refund Policy. The GMAT Pill membership fee is refundable only in the context of the score guarantee mentioned above. GMATPill reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without notice. The above represent guidelines for determination of eligibility for refund. Ultimate discretion belongs to GMATPILL without the need for justification.

I would advise the same.
I have disputed my gym membership fees with my bank, and I got returned everything to the last cent. Only thing you need to have - proof that you are right.
