Has anyone who was waitlisted receive a call from someone on the admissions team recently to gauge current interest? Any DPs on if that's just normal or a "good" sign?

I haven't, but I have heard stories from the past where admissions will call to gauge interest and then based on your positive response, they will call a few days later to offer admission. The past isn't always predictive of the future, but I would definitely interpret as a positive sign!

I also received a call gauging my interest. It seems like it will be positive news. Does anyone know that if you are accepted from the wait list, will you have 48 business hours (Monday-Friday) or just 48 hours from the formal offer?

Yeah i received my call last Friday and they said they will call me back regardless of if it's good news or bad news this week

Damn. Similar situation as you guys. Got a call last Thursday confirming interest, except crickets today. Always thought the WL was a slim chance, but after this glimmer of hope, I've been on red alert for the past week. Would be really painful to have this not work out.

Damn. Similar situation as you guys. Got a call last Thursday confirming interest, except crickets today. Always thought the WL was a slim chance, but after this glimmer of hope, I've been on red alert for the past week. Would be really painful to have this not work out.
