Issues with Gmat online practice exams

Question

Hi guys,

Did anyone also received this message when trying to connect to the online practice exam: "Unable to load questions. Cannot read property ’Section Number’ of undefined"

In addition - when trying to open the practice exam via the Gmatprep tool, the "Next" button on the right just doesn't appear...

Any suggestions?

Hi,

I have gone through this once while attempting GMATprep first time in new pattern. But, since then, it is going fine. During my test it suddenly collapsed and I needed to restart my test.

Faced the same issue while giving my first online mock...on clicking next question, the page would show "loading" (with the notebook icon) and I could see the time running out...wasted a lot of time due to this issue for no fault of mine which probably affected my score too

What is the next best alternative. I don't think GMAC is going to anything about this, i still don't have any response. Is old version available now or is there any to get it. At least, we can take the closest mocks if we can get those. Anything on this??

I realized that it was the case for me for GMATPrep exam 1 but not exam 2. So I could do exam 2 with no issues. Have not tried 3-6 yet; will be doing sometime later in the month.

Hello, Even I am facing same problem. Error is "unable to load questions". Did anyone find solution to this issue ? I have my GMAT exam on Friday(20th July,2018) .

Hi Everyone, 
I faced this issue too .I wrote an email to GMAC and called them up, they said they have raised the issue with their tech team and meanwhile shared a free code with me for exam 5 & 6.
In case someone else is facing the same issue please call them on their help line- +1 703-668-9602 (available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri) 
Hope this helps everyone else.

Hi guys,
I just took the free online practice Exam 1 yesterday. I am trying to review my answers but unable to do so. 
When I click on the "Review your responses" option, nothing happens.
Anyone else facing this issue? Or doesn't the tool allow us to review responses once we close a session?

The gmatprep only gives you the OA(official answer) for the solutions you will have to search the answer on gmatclub.
