Total Hours = 10 , total minutes = 10*60 , Total time intervals in each of which 2 sec is lost = 10*60/5 , Hence total seconds lost = 10* 60 * 2 /5
Hence, According to the Q.... total time lost = 10* 60 * 2 /5 seconds = 240 seconds = 240/60 mins i.e., 4 mins.
So the time shown will be 6:26 PM ( 4 min less than the actual time 6:30 PM)

its total 10 hrs from 8:30 to 6:30 pm
total = 10*60 = 600 mins
total 5 mins interval = 600/5 = 120
total sec lost = 120 *2 = 240sec
total min = 240/60 = 4 mins
subtract 4 mins from the 6:30
hence (E)
