From what I understand, since we don't know if L3 & L4 are parallel, we cannot determine.

Its a good trap question if someone in hurry doesnt read the question properly
l3 and l4 are not parallel or no information given,

Hence Ans - E

We don't know if L3 and L4 are parallel or not, so we can not determine.
Option E

But if l3 and l4 are parallel then x = 100....?

This is a solid trap question
