They have given the avg points of E&K, K&J as 80 and 85
Therefore,

(E+K)/2 = 80 -- eq 1
(K+J)/2 =85 -- eq 2

==> (eq 2)-(eq 1) = (J-E)/2 = 5

==> J-E = 10

==> J=E+10

which implies that J has earned 10 points more than E

So the answer is option B
