Harvard Business School (HBS) has released their two (2) round application deadlines, and their one (1) required essay question.
Application Deadlines:
Round 1:
Application Deadline: September 4, 2019
Final Decision: December 10, 2019
Round 2:
Application Deadline: January 6, 2020
Final Decision: March 31, 2020
Essay Question:
“As we review your application, what more would you like us to know as we consider your candidacy for the Harvard Business School MBA Program?” (no word limit)
Application Deadlines:

Application Deadline: September 4, 2019

Do you have any information on when the application portal will open on the website?

The only information they've officially made public is that the application portal will open early June, so it should open up within the next week or so. I hope that helps.
