Let the numbers be a and b . Then , ab= 161.
Now, co-primes with product 161 are (1, 161) and (7, 23).

i.) Since y >x , we have y=23 and x=7.
Therefore, 4x-3y = (4 x 7)-(3 x 23) = -41
i.) SUFFICIENT

ii.) 1 and 161 are co-prime; 7 and 23 are also co prime
ii.) INSUFFICIENT

161=7*23.
Numbers can be 7,23; 1,161; 7,161; 23,161.
1. Y>x. Too many possibilities. Insufficient
2. x and Y are co-prime. two possibilities: 7,23 and 1,161. Insufficient.
Combined we get, from 2) that they are integers without common factor.
and from 1) we rule out 1*161. and as Y>x, only scenario remains is y=23 and x=7. 4x-3y=4*7-3*23=-41. Sufficient.
Answer is C.
