Interview was pretty typical. Relaxed but I got the feeling that every word out of my mouth counted.

Career progression?
How do you handle conflict?
Are you good with people? How do you deal with difficult/toxic people?
Why MBA? Why Kellogg?
Questions?

My recommenders did not submit yet. it probably is not rejection in your case. Probably they have enough information about you. Did you submit test scores?

I did submit GRE scores, just think its odd that I got the interview waiver when other folks are actually getting the interview. Hope you are right.

Do you think that someone who submitted their GRE/GMAT scores has advantage over candidates who didn’t submit their score because of waiver, even though other components of the profile may be similar between the two groups.

I think there will be some advantage. They know more about the person no matter what the score is.

Did you submit the official school transcripts as well? I have a red cross symbol next to it. It does say "Only required once admitted" though...

Applied for summer but got an email that application is considered for fall. In the same email, there was a link for interview scheduling. Finished interview on 6/4/20

Interesting, I wrote to the admissions and they mentioned it’s needed before the decision to make a decision. I just noticed “(Only required once admitted)” with Red Cross.
