Does anyone know when LBS announces its admissibility results, exactly on the specified date i.e. 29th of January or could it be before that...

If anyone received interview invite in round 1, can you share on which day the mail was sent...

Congratulations on getting an Interview call :)

For LBS, it will be either a Skype interview or a live interview at the applicant's home country. Live interviews are usually taken by former alumni of LBS, so they are bound to draw a lot from their personal experiences while interviewing.
For the Interview, you can expect a mix of Profile-based, competency and goal-specific questions. At times, the interviewers also throw in a couple of Guesstimate and current affairs questions as well, just to test how well you can think on your feet and how well informed you are with the global/business trends.
I have mentored many applicants for LBS Interviews (we had 32 admits to LBS's MiM program in the previous application season), and have curated a few sample questions from 2 of my clients who got into LBS.
You can check them out below:

Applicant #1:

Q1: So tell me about yourself.

Q2: Why choose LBS?

Q3: Which other colleges are you aiming for?

Q4: How do you think LBS will help you attain your goals

Q5: What are you passionate about?

Q6: Why the MBA, why not a Technical Masters Program?

Q7: Give some examples of your cross-cultural communication skills

Q8: Give me some examples of how you have followed your passion

Q9: How will a degree from our school, help you in the future? Or
what will be your key learnings from this degree?


#Applicant 2:

Q1: 3 things you learned from your internships

Q2: I read that you have mentioned education quite a few times in your essays, what are your opinions about this industry in your country.

Q3: Tell me about an incident where you led a group of people and what you learn from it

Q4: How will you add value to the school and your batch mates?

Q5: We are interested in people who think about more than
just themselves. So, give me an incident where you helped
someone else grow

Q6: What would you do, if you were in a group at LBS where each person is from different nationality and a different undergrad major? How would you handle them if you were the leader of the group? Especially if the subject is something you aren’t familiar with?

Q7: Any questions for us?
