Hi all,
I have heard that Berkeley Haas asks some specific questions on diversity in their interviews (e.g. how have you promoted diversity in the workplace). I‘m a bit clueless at the moment on how to tackle this question, so wanted to ask what kind of stories you are preparing here?

I had my Haas interview. The questions are around diversity and inclusion in general - in your workplace, life and at Haas.
I answered it by talking about what diversity actually means to me, how i have exhibited it in my life - personal and professional and gave one specific example at work (can be a team meeting where you incorporated diverse ideas, can be a project you did with extremely diverse people, can be a direct D&I training you did). But please be authentic as there are lots of follow up questions trying to understand your mindset and approach.
