How can a student from a middleclass Indian background can finance a 2 year MBA in Rotman ?also what will be the overall cost including the cost of living ?

I suppose you can look up Prodigy Finance. Also, Rotman has ties with a couple of different banks for MBA student line of credit.

Deepender The fees for the full-time MBA program at Rotmans is around 121000$. Apart from this, there are few ancillary expenses that will be an additional 3000$ or so per year.
Living Expenses will range from 1600$ (on the lower side) upwards per month.
Now the big question - How to finance?
As advisinthetown suggested Prodigy is a good option (they give out loans without collateral).
You could probably reach to few of the big-name banks here in India, most of them have an Overseas Student Loan product.
A line of credit from Canadian banks is only possible if you are a citizen or a landed immigrant.
