Hi,
I can only say about IE Business School. I am not an expert but I have encountered that IE has a great global reputation. I think even if you can't get the job there, you will still have a great job opportunities worldwide. The returns of investment (ROI) is also great while considering IE.

And like others have mentioned, please do consider other factors as well.

I have heard many times that Canadian employers tend to favor WE over the degree. Think of the degree as pass/fail and the WE being the deciding factor in the selection process.... how is your WE? So you have brands, impressive names, etc to show off?

10 years are awesome but super helpful to have brand names for Canada. As to Spain and IE, you need to decide where you will work. If you’re not fluent in Spanish or another European language, you were looking at the Netherlands or the UK which recruits at 80 but does not plan to belong to the EU, possibly some other Scandinavian countries that don’t have a strong language requirement. It’s tricky in Europe. I would definitely connect or ask the admissions to connect you with some of the recent graduates and see what wisdom they can share.

Thanks for the reply. I have worked with more than 80 companies develop their roadmap for reduction in carbon emissions and improvement in sustainability. The companies include many of the top Indian manufacturers. I have spoken with some of the recent graduates, they have mentioned the same point, getting a job post IE in Europe especially in Spain is challenging. But the curriculum of IE is great. I am inclining more towards IE cosidering the factors such as ranks, diversity, curriculum.

Hi, I'd like to help you make your decision (if not done already)
Option 1: MBA (Outside India) - If you want a good brand name, choose IE, but if you're interested in migrating to Canada and working in Canada after your MBA, you can choose Schulich (if that's the only option you have in Canada). For a wonderful MBA experience in Canada, I suggest Ivey, Rotman, McGill and Queen's only.
At Schulich, you will feel like you're doing an MBA with Indians in Canada. One of the most important aspects of the MBA is to meet like-minded people from other countries that you're not going to get at Schulich.

Option 2: Looking for a great MBA program (not necessarily outside India) - In this case, I suggest that you opt for the ISB's MBA program (strong brand, guaranteed job after MBA)

I hope that helps you. Good luck!
