1. Your GMAT score is exceptional
2. Your ~5 years of experience is bang on the top MBA schools averages, so good
3. Being a female is always an advantage when applying to top MBA programs
4. Fonding a company, running it successfully, for 3.5 years, WOW! even before you tell me what it is you do, I am intrigued. this must mean you have had ups and downs, managed people, dealt with clients, suppliers, hopefully, some international markets.
if most of the above is true, then I would say you have a wonderful shot at top MBA programs
(naturally missing some other info like when you studied, what was your % in the class, volunteering, hobbies, aspirations etc.)
But all in all - AMAZING chance
