I think there will be a different online interview if you get selected. The KIRA is just part of the application and doesn't substitute an interview.

I only had prepared for about two days. The practise Kira questions are useful for getting used to the Kira Format, but I recommend practising separately with the typical behaviour-based interview questions. Actual interview was very quick, done within 30 minutes. Good luck!

When you get the Kira interview invite, there is an option to practise as many times as necessary.

Questions were 4 verbal, 1 written.

Hey Everyone,
I had submitted my application on 17th, and I still have not recieved any email from the school acknowledging the submission. Does it take a few days before they send that email or do I need to contact them?

As they are facing some technical issues, they are not able to process anything further.

Even I had submitted my application on 13th January, but my application status still shows as pending and I didn’t even receive acknowledgment.

I have contacted adcom and IT team, they are saying that issue will be resolved by this weedend.

3.Recent example where you had a conflict with another team while working on the project. How did you resolve it?

If there are 4 emails and a client is standing near me, how would i deal with the issues and in which priority for a customer-centric role.
