The GMAT™ Official Practice Exams 3 to 6 package mentions they give time management report. I have not seen any report like that with free mocks. Will I get the time spent on each question report with this purchase? Also, is this package a good option if I want to understand my pacing on the 2 sections?

Hello, Bitss. I do see what you mean on the mba.com site under the Exam Prep offerings for Exams 3-6, here. The sixth bullet point clearly states,
- Time management reports
When I click on the Detailed Description, I see another bullet point:
- Tracks performance and time management to help gauge your progress and focus your study efforts.
Like ScottTargetTestPrep, I am unfamiliar with any detailed time management reports that come from taking these mocks. But I can at least see where you are coming from in your initial post. Maybe this is a question for GMAC™.
