I guess they might start to call US applicants later in the afternoon, when rest of the world is early morning Mar. 17, so the US and Intl applicants can receive calls within the same couple of hours

Yeah I agree. Some R1 admits in clearadmit received their calls later in the afternoon. Also when they released the interview decision in R2, they sent out invitation around 6:30pm est. Feels like Ross admissions tend to send out notifications late in the day
