I have a 740 in gmat, 3.5 years experience, currently working in Big 4 Firm, completed my Bachelors and Masters from one of the top institutes in India and have a non profit work background as well. I was declined without interview. Not even shortlisted! Any insights or ideas on what must have been missing?

Yeah - got a ding! Am from India. Applied with a GMAT test waiver, consulting for more than 5 years at a Big4, graduate and masters from top university in India. Volunteering experience. But alass! Rejected without interview.
