When accepted into a program, do we get alloted to a college? if yes, will this be in an non-academic capacity or will the course will also be taught in the college and given a university degree at the end?
no the college is only responsible for your accomodation + events outside of class, not academically (although entering to colleges depends on your previous academic results)

so the application to the college will be assessed based on your academic merit, ie the higher the GMAT, GPA etc the better chance for you to enter better/older/cooler colleges
but the print on the piece of paper in the end will only be University of Cambridge, regardless the college you are in
ok, let me be more clear in my question, the intake is 200 in this college so all these 200 students will attend the lectures at one place or the lectures are held in the 40 odd colleges and classes are separate for each college?
