I would respond to their email clarifying. That’s what I did when they asked me for additional mark sheets that don’t exist.

Hi All, I got an email about incomplete materials for missing grade scaling. In my transcripts, the grade is mentioned but the admission committee is looking for an explanation(details like if marks from 70 to 80 are it a first grade or second grade). This specific info is not mentioned on my transcripts, how should I address this?

You should reach out to your college for this information. This is generally provided at the back of your transcripts. If not, then your college should be able to provide that to you

could you share your gmat/gre score?

If possible can you share your gmat score? I believe high gmat scores are first getting interview call and lower ones will get later. Just a theory and hence asking for info Posted from my mobile device
