I'm confused at how Stern is handling this process though, it's strange that some of us haven't even heard back on an interview while others already have an acceptance.

Does stern typically hold off on sending rejections/waitlist notifications until more people have accepted? I applied R3 and haven't heard back - but I also expressed plans to retake GRE and just sent those revised scores.
